We're asking our fans to help us get back into the studio. Our Goal Is to Raise $30,000 through fan financing to help us record and promote our next album. Here are the support levels:
* $10 - Unpolished Sand Pebble Level: A free digital download of the album, when it's released.
* $25 - Polished Skipping Stone Level: An advance copy of the CD weeks before the masses.
* $50 – Sea Glass Level: An advance copy and a "Thank You" on the CD.
* $100 – Wampum Level: All the above, plus a cool Quahaug T-shirt saying you're a junior executive producer on the new album. Also you get to submit an entry to our name our CD contest. If we chose your suggestion, you win FREE guest list for life and you are entered to win one of Kaika's guitars.
* $200 - Bronze Level: All the above, plus FREE admission to any of our shows for 2009 - 2010. You’ve always wanted to be a Roadie right?
* $250 - Silver Level: All the above, plus a membership to the "Secret Sargasso Song Sect" (say that 10 times fast) which means you'll get a secret password to a website where I'll post some rough tracks, videos, or something else worthwhile.
* $500 - Gold Level: This is where it gets good! At the end of our CD, We’ll do a fun instrumental track where We’ll mention your name and maybe rhyme with it. And if you don't want your name used, you can give me a loved one's name instead. What a great gift!
* $750 - Gold Doubloons Level: Exactly like the gold level, but you give us more money. How fun! Actually, you’re also entered in a raffle to win one of Kaika’s guitars and you get to be a "Roadie for the Day" at one of The Quahaugs' future shows.
* $1,000 - Platinum Shell Level: How would you like to have a theme song written for you? I'll write a song for you that you can put on your answering machine and show off. Again, this could be a gift. Plus you’re on our FREE guest list for life. You’ll never pay to see us play live.
* $2,500 - Diamond Shell Level: Mentioned as an executive producer of the album -- whoop-di-doo! You'll also have an opportunity to submit a design for the cover art of the CD. Plus FREE guest list for life.
* $5,000 - Typhoon Level: We will come and do a house concert for you. Invite your friends, serve some drinks, bring us out and we play. Actually, this level is a smart choice economically. We’ve played many house concerts where the host has charged his guests and made his money back. I'd go for this if I were you. Plus FREE guest list for life.
* $10,000 - Tsunami Level: FREE trip to Athens…Athens, VT that is. You get to come and sing on the CD. Don't worry if you can't sing - Pete can fix that in the mix. Also, you can always play the cowbell, kazoo, or just hang out with us. Can you say groupie? Plus FREE guest list for life.
*** For ALL levels of support, if the new CD sells 50,000 UNITS everyone gets their money back. You keep the goodies!
